Filming, Shooting and Event Space

Rental Procedure

Please Contact us either Via Email, Phone or via our contact page. Once we review your request, we will offer a prompt quote for your specific needs. 

Once we come to an agreement for your event or production, we will prepare your Rental Agreement and Location Release. For filming and production shoots, we generally require a certificate of insurance unless you are a small shoot with limited equipment and usage needs. We can recommend an insurance refferal, if you need a reference.

We require a 50% deposit to hold a booking date(s) with the balance paid by time of check in. We also ask for a CC for a Security Deposit, however we only charge in the event that damages or overtime is incurred. 

Cancellations are 50% on a confirmed booking up to 48 hours before check in time and full price if cancelled within 48 hours of set check in time.

We will do our best to be as transparent and clear for you as possible. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, smooth process from start to finish. Your satisfaction is our satisfaction.
